Emma Case is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in recruitment and admissions. She is currently the Recruiting Strategy Lead at Secure AI Labs, an MIT-backed start-up. Emma is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for new roles and contributes to recruiting strategy discussions and general outreach efforts for the company. Emma has worked for high-caliber organizations throughout her career, dedicating herself to client-facing roles with high impact and a scope for creativity. She graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College with a BA in Comparative Religions and English Literature. After graduation, Emma was selected for the 2011 Teach for America national corps and moved to Denver, Colorado, to teach 8th-grade English. Emma returned to the East Coast in 2014 and joined the Philadelphia office of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a campus-based recruiter. During her tenure as a Recruiting Associate, Emma delivered a stellar candidate experience to hundreds of campus-based candidates. She spearheaded North American recruiting efforts for undergraduates and master's students at the University of Pennsylvania while playing a vital role in local Philadelphia recruiting and event management. Emma transitioned to a role in admissions at Columbia Business School in 2018, merging her passion for education with her knowledge of corporate recruiting. She supported operations on the team and was the main coordinator for the CBS Alumni Ambassador program. In her role on the admissions team, Emma supported the coordination of the full-time MBA interview process and the Alumni Ambassador program, as well as all admitted student documentation and employment verification processes. Emma is currently pursuing an M.Ed in School Counseling from Hunter College. She also holds a HS Diploma from Germantown Friends School. In addition, Emma has experience using AI and test technologies in her work. With relevant work experience of 10.43 years, Emma's expertise in recruitment and admissions makes her a valuable asset to any organization.
