He has also utilized his strong investigative skills to identify and prevent fraud in property claims, resulting in cost savings for the company. Ernest is a people person and has built strong relationships with clients through exceptional interpersonal skills, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. Prior to his current role, Ernest worked as a District Manager at Hom Entertainment Inc. Here, he successfully led and managed a team of 15-20 employees, resulting in a cohesive and productive team with positive relationships with over 100+ customers. He opened and organically grew an additional branch that operates within 15-20 employees that generates 6000 USD per operational day. Ernest streamlined daily business operations, implemented efficient scheduling and planning processes, and developed an inventory management system that resulted in an increase in inventory accuracy and cost savings for the company. Ernest has an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Raritan Valley Community College and is currently pursuing a Certification in Solution Engineering from Careerist, which he expects to complete in 2023. He has experience with mobile technology and has been working in the relevant field for 6.69 years.
