Eswara Jnana Swaroop Bhupathiraju is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon with over 10 years of industry experience in building large-scale systems serving millions of customers. He has worked on a variety of teams at Amazon, including Amazon Campus - Lockers, Alexa Engine, and Amazon Day, and has led multiple projects from the ground up, such as Amazon Campus, regional targeting services for location-aware shopping experiences, and multitasking capabilities for Alexa. Eswara is passionate about distributed systems and mentoring others. He has a strong background in software engineering and research, with a Master of Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He also led the design of rearchitecting Alexa prompts systems and the development of runtime components for prompts evaluation and rendering.
