Evan Cooper is a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Kustomer, where he provides deep technical and industry knowledge to clients. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Evan is responsible for the overall health, relationship, business outcome achievement, retention, and growth of clients. He provided insight into go-to-market strategies, answered business and technical questions, and delivered custom demonstrations remotely and in-person, clearly articulating their value proposition. He also worked closely with their technical team to ensure all client expectations were being met and retained and grew accounts. Before Netomi, Evan worked as a Solutions Engineer at Brickwork, where he was responsible for leading the implementation of Brickwork’s SaaS solution for their customers. He scoped and led implementations with clients, designed solutions to help integrate SaaS software with clients’ existing infrastructure, leveraged internal and external resources to deliver a fully integrated system on time and on budget, and partnered in the account planning process at existing and prospective clients by identifying new or follow-on opportunities. Evan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Tufts University and has a strong technical background in AI and infra. He is a results-driven professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships, and driving business outcomes.
