Evan Yang is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 12 years of relevant experience in web application development, DevOps, project management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the CTO of 上海悉息信息科技有限公司, Evan has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. As a Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks, Evan honed his skills in Java-based development, Ruby on Rails, and Python, as well as DevOps. Over the past three years, he has focused mainly on Java-based development, DevOps, and project management. Evan has a deep understanding of software development methodologies and practices, and he is skilled in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Evan has worked with several high-profile companies, including Telstra, where he served as a Lead Developer and Iteration Manager. In his role as Lead Developer, Evan was responsible for adding SSO functionality between Telstra my account and Telstra home site, which required OpenSSO, Layer 7, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connection domain knowledge, and Java, Spring MVC, Jersey, REST API, Shell, Perl, and Packing technology. He also integrated OpenSSO and ACG (Layer 7) to ensure token sharing and configured ACG to expose a certain REST API with CORS enabled for front-end consumption. As an Iteration Manager, Evan led a team focused on DDC (Digital Data Caching) upgrade, requiring Java, Linux, and Shell. He was responsible for ensuring all feature delivery on time with good code quality and ensuring everyone on the team had the same page about what and when they were going to deliver, including project planning, estimation, staffing plan, project status tracking, and risk management. Evan holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xidian University. He is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Ruby, Java, Python, Web, Test, and QA.
