As the Consulting Manager for Diversity and Inclusion at Rangam Consultants Inc., she has been responsible for developing strategic territories by breaking accounts, developing relationships with resourcing, talent acquisition, and engagement managers, and providing them with quality personnel. Her core expertise lies in primary key accounts, recruitment, and focused staffing solutions. Evelyn has over 4 years of experience in client acquisition, client management, technical recruitment, diversity and inclusion hiring, D&I initiatives, working on RPO programs, and managing accounts. She has also worked for 2+ years on DE&I, hiring young adults on the Autism spectrum. Her past experience includes working as an Account Manager for Domestic IT recruitment at Rangam Asia-Pacific and as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lowe's India. Evelyn holds a Master's degree in IT Security from London Metropolitan University. Her tech stack includes test, QA, Java, Research Scientist, iOS, Search, and Android.
