Faisal Shaikh is a seasoned data engineer with over 3.5 years of expertise in MSBI Full Stack, Power BI, and MS SQL. He is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at CitiusTech, a US healthcare company that helps payers and providers manage their data efficiently and ease out the claims submissions processes to various government/non-government organizations. In his current role, Faisal is working for the client to help migrate their huge data from their in-house application, which is in JSON, Excel to Azure SQL/on-prem SQL databases by developing ETL pipelines via SSIS packages, lift and shifting their existing SSIS packages to Azure Data Factory, automating their manual processes via Python and SQL jobs by writing automated scripts and stored procedures, dynamic views, triggers. Prior to his current role, Faisal worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Hexaware Technologies, where he worked on Lloyd's UK non-life Insurance project as an MSBI full stack developer. He was responsible for developing and enhancing their existing huge Datawarehouse using SSIS 2016, enhancing their existing cubes using SSAS 2016, and developing/enhancing reports in SSRS 2016. Faisal is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering.
