Lending India: Took the India lending Android application from almost zero to complete lending product, compliant with the RBI (regulating authority in India)
Onboarded multiple lenders on the platform, while keeping the Android product lender agnostic for an end-user. At peak, we reached a maximum of ~ INR 12 million disbursement daily.
Lending Nigeria: Improved app architecture by moving to Google’s Jetpack guidelines for better state management and separation of concerns in the app.
Leading a project to increase card tokenization success-rates. We’ve already increased the tokenisation success rate from ~ 30% to ~ 50%, increasing our disbursals by ~ 3% and Gross loan book by ~ 4 million euros.

Led several features in Driver app from initial discussions to live in production:
Chat history: Drivers can now chat with customers even after order is completed. This led to 35% reduction in invalid DNPU cases and 50% reduction in "items left in GoCar"
Booking Monitor: Reminds drivers about the active order, and marks them offline, if no activity even after the customer canceled the order. Time taken to pick-up was reduced by 4% for car and 1% for bike orders. Customer cancellation due to driver not moving reduced by 2% for bike and 4% for car orders
Worked on improving android app vitals, specifically excessive wakeups and app cold start time
Face Mask Verification: Built after Covid, used in-house ML model bundled with the app, which only takes drivers online if they are wearing a mask. Improved brand salience on the perception of hygiene and trust from 0 to 1

Built the capability for a customer to claim Gold-back, similar to cash-back and add that as a transaction in app. ~ 200 people claimed this in Oct 2019, Indian festival to buy Gold (Dhanteras)
Re-designed the complete Gold category with the purpose of educating users and driving more gold transactions. In the next month after redesign, Gold saw 2% increase in number of transactions and ~ 1% increase in transaction volume.

Process to build white-label apps, which are apps with specific changes, based on a basic skeleton app

Developed the Android application from scratch
Met many-many potential clients in Goa, Manali and New Delhi to on-board on our newly created platform.
Prepared business plans and investor pitches, contacted many Indian investors including members of Indian Angel Network associated with IIIT-Delhi to pitch the product.
We were able to on-board 10 clients in Goa and 23 clients in Manali, and the app reached a maximum downloads of > 1000, however we were unable to fetch any outside investment.
The team was dissolved and product discontinued after bootstrapping for ~ 2 years
