The app was awarded the 2021 Best App UI by Shopify and has over 10K+ users. He also led the launch of Mason, a B2C SaaS design toolkit. Fayaz has launched the app in European and LATAM markets with French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese versions, which now contribute 25% of DAU. He has increased weekly conversion (free to paid) by 7% by expanding product functionality with key features, including inventory integration and user customization. Additionally, he has increased the production capacity of merchandising content by 15x by streamlining and automating design production workflow. Prior to joining Apna, Fayaz worked as an Associate Product Manager at Mason, where he was responsible for growing ModeMagic. He was also a Project Intern at Kochi Metro Rail Ltd, where he analyzed designated route congestion and prepared a feasibility report on implementing dedicated bus lanes (BRT) to reduce congestion. Fayaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from IIT, which he completed in 2019. He has a tech stack that includes product management, integration, UI, and research scientist. In his free time, Fayaz loves to explore new destinations, experience varied food cultures, and immerse himself in self-growth and fiction books.
