Fellipe Azambuja is a seasoned Frontend Software Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the field. He has a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and Javascript and specializes in building UI components and solving UI problems. Despite his background in design, Fellipe has been studying and improving his programming skills to become a better software developer. Fellipe has extensive experience working remotely, having worked in companies where only a few people were remote and in companies where everyone was remote. This experience has honed his ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members from different locations. Currently, Fellipe is the Engineering Manager at Gupy, where he leads two teams of their core product ATS. He helps his team with deliveries, metrics, agile processes, and developers' careers. He also frequently conducts 1:1s with his team and ensures consistency in deliveries based on OKRs. After six months, he assumed the role of Tribe Lead, leading four teams and four Tech Leads. Before joining Gupy, Fellipe worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at Daitan Group and was responsible for maintaining and innovating their design system, creating responsive and accessible React components. Fellipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Interface Design from Centro Universitário Senac, which he completed in 2010. Fellipe's technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, Frontend Development, Javascript, UI, Web Development, Testing, ReactJS, and Redux. Fellipe is always looking to improve his skills and is currently focused on mastering Javascript ES6/7, ReactJS, Redux, Graphql, and Unit Tests/End to End Testing.
