Fikun Aluko is a technology leader with a decade of experience in digital innovation program management, cybersecurity, software engineering, digital transformation, startup ecosystem building, and venture funding. He is a 'growth catalyst' who is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to create value for businesses and individuals. Fikun has led over 50 tech innovation products/projects/programs impacting over 150,000 businesses and trained over 10,000 individuals across EMEA. Fikun has proven competencies and experiences in Technical Innovation management, including design thinking, innovation strategy, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, DBB design principles, and startup product-market-fit. He is a certified leader, trainer, coach, and speaker by Toastmasters International (ACB, ALB, CL, CC). With hands-on technical skills in cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance, data protection, Azure cloud, and engineering (ASP.NET MVC, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, and JS). Currently, Fikun is the Head of Innovation & Investments at Phillips Consulting Limited, where he has developed strategic innovations and products pivotal to startups' businesses optimizations and secures partnerships with investors, accelerators, and incubators. He pioneered the innovation and investment units at Phillips Consulting Limited, one of Africa's top 5 consulting firms, and led the unit to achieve its KPIs on strategic initiatives, products, and partnerships. Fikun has managed 8 product innovation governance end-to-end from ideation to commercialization, launched a Digital micro-course product in partnership with a Telco, and curated an investment platform that captures profitable startups for early-stage/growth-stage investment opportunities for accelerated growth and secure partnerships with investors, accelerators, and incubators. Fikun has also worked as an Information Security Professional at 21st Century Technologies, where he led the implementation of 9 ISO standards across security compliance certifications, including PCI-DSS, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PII, KPI, ISO 22301, & SS 584. He has also worked as an Assistant Program Manager at NITDA Nigeria, where he co-designed 20 entrepreneurship programs and implemented strategic programs for the startup ecosystem in Nigeria and Africa, impacting over 3000 startups, mentors, and investors.
