Filipe Forattini is a highly motivated and experienced developer with over 9 years of experience in various fields, including machine learning apps, audio processing research, crawlers, game hacks, and FinTech SaaS and HealthTech SaaS. He has lived in 5 different countries, including Argentina, Chile, Netherlands, Poland, and Brazil, and is fluent in 4 languages: Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. Currently, Filipe is a business partner at Vitta, a rapidly growing company in the health sector. He shares responsibilities for leading a talented team, organizing internal and external events, and headhunting top talent to help change Brazil's health sector. In addition to his work, Filipe is also passionate about traveling and has visited 20 out of 50 countries across the world. He is also learning to cook and play various musical instruments, including electric and acoustic guitar, flute, and cajón. Filipe's past experience includes working as a Squad Leader and Scrum Master at Vitta, where he onboarded developers into the company's tech, provided feedback and coaching, and developed financially viable solutions. He was also a Vittano and Co-Founder, where he helped evolve the company's positioning in the IT community, managed the start-up's office, and organized events for IT community engagement.
