Filippo Ruggiero is a mechanical engineer with a diverse background in optimizing processes to achieve targets efficiently. He has gained experience in different areas and has had the opportunity to live in various countries, including Venezuela, Czech Republic, Spain, and Australia, which has given him a multicultural perspective of the professional world. As a CAD software teacher at CIM UPC, Filippo has taught various software applications, including Solidworks basic and advanced levels, Solidworks Sheetmetal, Solidworks Surfacing, Rhinoceros & Grasshopper, Keyshot, and Autodesk Inventor. He has also collaborated with the R&D department to propose 3D printing European projects. Filippo has also worked as a Rope Access Supervisor Irata L2 at Pendulum Rope Access, where he supervised a team of up to eight abseilers and conducted maintenance, cleaning, installation, and inspection on some of Sydney's most famous buildings. Currently, Filippo works as a Support Engineer at Sogeti, where he provides technical support and troubleshooting for various applications. He is responsible for ensuring that clients' systems are running efficiently and effectively. Filippo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Design and Engineering in Product Development from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Simon Bolivar. He also holds Bachelor's degrees in Science from Gymnázium Jana Nerudy and U.E. Colegio Emil Friedman. With 7.44 years of relevant experience, Filippo has developed qualities such as responsibility, commitment, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making, amongst others, which have become his strengths. He is passionate about optimizing processes and using his skills to help organizations achieve their goals.
