Prior to her current position, Fiona held the role of Associate User Researcher at Spotify, where she gained valuable experience in conducting user research and analyzing data. Fiona holds a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Medieteknik Media Technology, IN from the same institution.
