Firoz Memon is a self-taught Android developer with over 5 years of professional experience. He is skilled in Android, Kotlin, Java, and JSON and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University. Firoz has had the privilege of working on multiple technologies like Golang, Kotlin, Java, Android, Php, MySql, XAMPP, and has basic knowledge of XMPP. Currently, Firoz is working as an Android Developer at ediffy, where he is handling the Ediffy Android App. He has made UI changes to follow Material Design and has implemented various features like a schedule message feature, in-app custom multi-lingual keyboard, push-notifications using PushWoosh library, doubt module feature using Firebase(Database), gallery module using Cloudinary storage, message approval module, and daily reports module. He has also implemented Google AdWords(Admob) and used Git for version control. In his past roles, Firoz has worked as an Android Developer at n-gage messenger, where he worked on phases of mobile app development including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing. He also handled Java server code for fetching XAMPP server communication using custom configurations at runtime. He has also worked as an Android Developer at wcities, where he worked on creating an event app from scratch using Kotlin, Volley, MVP design pattern, Dagger2, and Mockito for unit testing. Firoz's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and AIKTC. He also holds an HSC degree in Computer Science from SIWS College, Wadala, and an SSC degree from St. Paul High School, Dadar.
