Francis Pereira is a seasoned Systems Engineer with over 16 years of experience in automating and streamlining operations for large-scale web applications. He currently holds the position of VP, Infrastructure Engineering at CleverTap, where he oversees engineering teams responsible for building, managing, and maintaining their SaaS mobile marketing platform with a focus on infrastructure security, availability, performance optimization, and automation. As the single point of contact for everything infrastructure and security within the organization and external customers, Francis has led the organization-wide effort to become ISO 27001:2013 compliant and is currently leading the organization's effort to be SOC2 Type 2 audited.
