In his current role, Francis has been driving process changes across functions such as city ops, inventory management, automation, market research, data entry, hiring, and customer support for large teams. He is committed to delivering world-class food and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Before joining Living Food, Francis co-founded Aysle and worked as AVP - Business Strategy & Operations at Tracxn. He has a strong educational background, having completed his PGP in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli.
