Gabe Minton is an experienced technology executive with over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. He currently serves as the EVP and CIO at Mortgage Connect, LP, where he provides leadership and vision for the technology and information strategy. He is responsible for developing next-generation digital platforms that facilitate a seamless experience between the consumer and lender and maximize operational efficiencies. Prior to his current role, Gabe served as the EVP and CIO at Guild Mortgage, where he oversaw the technology division and strategy development for one of the largest residential mortgage bankers in the US. He transformed and grew the IT function to support the continued expansion and growth of the company. He also continued the tradition of developing leading-edge technology products and services for customers and employees. Before joining Guild Mortgage, Gabe was the SVP and CIO at PHH Mortgage, where he transformed the Information Technology division and created the execution path forward for diverse mortgage origination and servicing solutions at an established public mortgage company. He oversaw the information technology function and strategy development as the company evolved. Gabe holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from Radford University. With his extensive education and experience, Gabe is a proven leader in the mortgage industry, driving innovation and growth through the use of technology.
