Gagan Anand is an experienced Data Scientist with a demonstrated track record in on-site consulting for digital transformation and change management. He has a wealth of experience in creating and assessing predictive models, classification models, clustering, association rules, sequence pattern mining, and evaluating and creating KPIs for various business problems in the Banking, Telecommunications, and Digital Marketing space. Currently, Gagan is working as a Data Science Manager at Absolutdata, where he is leading data science engagements for the Finance and Performance team of Deloitte India (S&O) consulting. Prior to this, he was the Head of Analytics and Data Science - Consumer Products Division at Piramal Group, where he mentored the PG Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning class for BITS WILP. He has also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Credit Suisse, where he enabled data science deployments for financial operations teams within CFO's Central Innovation team. Gagan has an impressive educational background, with a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the Department of Business Economics, University of Delhi, and a Management, Entrepreneurship and Global Leadership degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He also holds a BA (H) Business Economics degree from Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College and an AICSSE degree in Commerce from Apeejay School, Noida. Gagan's technical expertise includes Data Science, Python, ML, NLP, Research Scientist, Computer Vision, AWS, AI, SQL, Search, Senior Software Engineer, Big Data, and GCP. He has 7.45 years of relevant experience and is currently building Data Science capabilities at Piramal Group.
