Gagan Gupta is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is working as an Engineering Manager at ZAPR, where he has led the development of Voice Audit Analytics, utilizing AI to automate the auditing of call center calls. He has successfully delivered pilots with three clients, resulting in production deployment and commercial discussions. Gagan has also reduced client onboarding time from 8 weeks to 1 day, by leading a team of 8 developers to build the product platform for faster client onboarding. Gagan has also built voice bots using AI for various use cases to increase the efficiency of call centers. He has led the delivery of successful pilots with two clients and three bots, which involved bots talking with real customers and reporting collected information to the clients. By coordinating with research, engineering, conversation design, and other teams, Gagan has shipped out bots and upskilled his team of four developers on ML touchpoints. Prior to his current role, Gagan worked as a Software Developer at Hike, where he worked on several features end-to-end, including the File Transfer module in low network conditions and the Sticker Store in Windows App. He also pursued a 6-month internship at Naukri.com as a Technical Intern, where he explored various concepts in Apache Lucene and developed an Intelligent A/B Testing Framework.
