Gagan Rajput is an experienced HOD in Customer Experience at YOLOBUS, where he has been instrumental in keeping the customer experience intact. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Gagan has a proven track record of success in leading customer experience teams and driving customer-centric initiatives. Prior to his current role, Gagan served as the Ops Head for the North region at YOLOBUS, where he was responsible for managing the operations of the company. He also worked as a Senior Project Lead at Cars24, where he led the installation of IOT and connected devices based surveillance setup across 150+ retail branches PAN India. Gagan was also responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer interactions across 150+ retail branches through IOT and connected devices. Additionally, he led the development and training of an in-house grievance management product for customers, channel partners, and employees. Gagan holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University. During his time at university, he gained valuable skills and knowledge that have helped him excel in his career. Gagan is a results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
