He has added several features to rule engines for adding different kinds of velocity and blacklist rules to be evaluated at key merchant checkpoints and then take subsequent action basis the result. He has also automated the flow for handling risk actions like suspend, hold funds, disable live, etc in bulk in async mode to reduce the risk operations bandwidth. Prior to his current role, Gagandeep worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Whitehat Jr. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Thapar University, where he studied Electronics, Instrumentation And Control (EIC). Gagandeep has also completed a course in Backend Development, Algorithms, and Data Structures from Scaler Academy.
