As a Product Analyst at Prospecta Software, Gaganjot is responsible for building MDO Fuse, a data-driven platform that helps data stewards manage reliable and governed master data. He is responsible for the delivery of the product roadmap, user story definition, and prioritization of the feature backlog based on customer needs/trends and current online user experience assessment. Gaganjot represents the client, customer, and brand in decision-making prioritization meetings during all product lifecycle stages and communicates on issues, priorities, direction, dependencies, and planned features. He also works with Sales and Marketing to educate and share the product's vision with customers and prospects alike. Gaganjot is an excellent communicator with highly developed communication skills, and he can concisely explain concepts, issues, or project status to key stakeholders and the broader organization at an appropriate level of business or technical detail. He has experience working with Jira for issue tracking and project management, Productboard to understand user needs, prioritize what to build next, and align everyone on the roadmap, and data mining tools such as Python, SQL, and RapidMiner. He also has experience in statistical analysis using Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Gaganjot has previously worked as an Information System Consultant at DHL and as a System Engineer at Infosys. He has a Master of Information Systems degree from Deakin University, where he specialized in Business Analytics, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University. Gaganjot has 1.85 years of relevant experience and is skilled in SQL, Python, UI, Integration, and Test.
