Gajendra Dhaka is an experienced PMP professional with over 8 years of experience in the energy sector. He is currently working as a Customer Engagement Coordinator at Schlumberger, a leading oilfield services company, based in Gabon. Gajendra has been responsible for managing Well Construction Equipment Business line projects across Angola, Central and East Africa, where he has delivered results in challenging conditions and tight schedules introduced by the post-COVID activity ramp-up, lack of resources, and long logistics timelines for Africa. Gajendra is proficient in leading large teams, supply chain management, logistics, process optimization, operations management, risk management, asset utilization, personnel planning, and engineering in upstream oil & gas. He believes in the power of vision, people, and ambition. Currently, Gajendra is working as a Business Data Analyst at Fractal Analytics, where he is responsible for driver analysis for Proctor & Gamble’s diaper segment to amplify performance in the US. He has analysed past three-year size level data to identify opportunity areas and performance drivers, and provided recommendations in terms of pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies to improve market share. He has also been a member of the winning team in Visual Business Intelligence training, appreciated for his storytelling method. Prior to this, Gajendra worked as a Product & Service Delivery Manager at Schlumberger, where he led a multi-tier team of 120 personnel to plan, execute, and close out drilling/completion campaigns across Angola, Central and East Africa Business Unit. He was responsible for technical sales, project delivery, generating activity forecast, reducing the cost of service delivery, and developing personnel competency. Gajendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and is currently pursuing HBS CORe from Harvard Business School Online.
