Ganesh Anantwar is a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Engineer, currently working with Onyx by J.P. Morgan. He has over 8 years of technical and management experience in Financial Services and Supply Chain industries. Ganesh is passionate about blockchain technology and believes that it has the potential to bring major disruptions in many industries, providing technological solutions to organizational problems that were not possible before in industrial history. Ganesh has spent 2 years engineering supply chain solutions as Technical Co-founder of his start-up, building Blockchain enabled traceability for consortia of agricultural processors. He has worked with large industrial clients including the largest FPC in India and executed challenging software and integration projects. Prior to that, he has dedicated 4 years in core financial services at JP Morgan Investment Bank contributing to multiple Middle Office projects in Equity/Equity Derivatives as SME in Global Exchanges. Later, he served as EM at Jio Tesseract, with overall leadership of Cloud Engineering for JioGlass - India’s largest AR/VR platform - building scalable microservices on production-grade environments capable of handling 10k-100k users. Ganesh offers deep understanding of securities/instruments and markets across asset classes for both Decentralised & Traditional finance. As a Technologist, he offers comprehensive expertise in API/Smart Contracts and Cloud for both Decentralised & Traditional apps, with a proven track record of implementations in complex industry environments. Since 2018, he has engineered 4 DApps (advised on 2 more) using Ethereum ecosystem on public & permissioned networks, with solutions for traceability, crypto derivatives, fiat payments, precious metals and media NFTs. Ganesh has hands-on command on Solidity, EVM, Web3.js/Ethers.js, Node.js, React.js & Hardhat/Truffle combined with expert understanding of Distributed Systems, Fault Tolerance, Cryptography, Consensus, Tokenization & Governance, making him confident of tackling any Blockchain challenge.
