Ganesh is currently serving as an Advisory Board member at Dev Innovation, where he provides his expertise in the field of inclusive engineering. Ganesh has worked with several leading companies in the industry, including Emtech and Visa, where he held positions of VP of Software Engineering and Director of Engineering, respectively. At Emtech, he was responsible for heading the financial inclusion engineering solution that enables central banks to pilot their own digital currency (CBDC) out of the box. He has received the 2022 Innovation award for the Engineering/Product solution white-paper and presentation. At Visa, Ganesh led the online payments engineering team to deliver key features of SecureRemoteCommerce- A Digital Terminal. He has experience in digital wallets, risk analytics platforms, blockchain, crypto, and payment processing. He is a passionate advocate for financial inclusion, innovation, and the development of the digital economy. Ganesh is an artist at heart and a software engineer by training. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. He has also completed courses in Leadership and Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Chief Technology Officer from MIT Professional Education. Ganesh is skilled in Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Kubernetes, Microservices, Integration, and has relevant experience of 20.29 years.
