Ganesh Jayadevan is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in building products and growing technology organizations. He is a change agent who brings business transformation through innovation and development of technology products. Ganesh has a deep understanding of the business of technology and has a track record of scaling business-oriented technology P&Ls, spotting talent, and creating and managing high-performing teams that deliver consistent results, year-on-year. Ganesh's expertise lies in diverse technologies, and he has developed and built technology products, run P&L organizations, and created more than half a dozen products using the innovation process. He has a strong focus on work culture and organizational structure, with an emphasis on employee satisfaction, customer focus, and customer experience. Currently, Ganesh is the Vice President of Automation at Ensono, where he is responsible for charting a course for automation. Previously, he was the Head of Products and Engineering at Jifflenow, where he delivered a Meeting Automation Platform (SaaS) for events for 250+ Fortune 500 companies, powering 5,300 events and enabling more than 2.6 million engagements. Ganesh also served as VP and Head of Innovation and Technology at EVRY India, where he used design thinking and product management methodologies to identify new opportunities to deliver value through the use of AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, and Immersive technologies. Ganesh is passionate about achieving results, delivering on commitments, and helping people grow both professionally and personally. He has managed large teams of over 50 people and has conducted design thinking workshops and hackathons to bring about change in innovative thinking. Ganesh holds a Masters in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore. He also holds a PGDDS from IIIT Bangalore and a certificate in Digital Transformation from Emeritus. Ganesh's tech stack includes QA, infra, Senior Software Engineer, AI, product manager, and ML.
