Ganesh Jha is an experienced ML Scientist with over 5 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Data Scientist at Epsilon in the Marketing Machine Learning team. Ganesh has diverse experience in retail, finance, and hotel industrial projects. He has an academic background in research in Generative Adversarial Networks and has multiple publications in the same. Ganesh has an everlasting curiosity that drives continual personal growth, and he is always learning and improving every single day. He is self-driven yet team-oriented. In his current role at Epsilon, Ganesh is responsible for continuous development on measurable business outcomes by providing identity-based solutions and comprehensive consumer views which help brands deliver 1:1 personalization, customer value, and business growth—all at massive scale. He has worked on predictive modeling using advanced regression & classification techniques, personalized offer recommendation engine for marketing at scale, inference of ML models at scale with various batched mode techniques, and customer segmentation models like lifetime value and profiling for marketing decision making using business rules as well statistical approaches. Ganesh has collaborated with senior-management and streamlined the data pre-processing pipeline which involved EDA steps such as correlation analysis and various statistics-based approaches for classification and regression-based modeling using Pandas and Spark. Ganesh has previously worked at Cadence Design Systems as a Machine Learning Software Engineer II, where he worked on implementing Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques to Electronic Design Automation [EDA] tools. He has also worked at California State University Fresno as a Graduate Student Research Assistant, where he aided in data analysis, implementation of focus groups, and dissemination of project results, including piloting newer methods of public sentiment about regional transportation issues.
