Ganesh Karki is a seasoned Software Engineer with a strong product mindset and over 6 years of relevant experience in the C2C, Telecom, and Sports Betting industries. He automated redundant processes using Smartsheet and JIRA workflows, reducing the SLA from weeks to hours. Ganesh also launched the centralized portal for announcements, KPI tracking, and sharing knowledge-based resources to cut down the required support time from hours to minutes. Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) and a Diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic Nashik. He has a strong tech stack, including software engineering, product management, and UI.
