Ganesh Katakam is a Software Engineer - Systems at Freshworks with a passion for learning new technologies. With almost two years of relevant experience, he has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the software industry. In his current role, Ganesh explores new and open-source tools for k8s and infrastructure automation that are needed for Freshworks' use cases. He also maintains CI/CD pipelines throughout the organization using Jenkins and develops FCP applications to provide deployments on k8s as a platform service for all the teams in Freshworks. Additionally, he maintains application infrastructure on AWS Cloud and builds and deploys responsive web applications. Before joining Freshworks, Ganesh worked as a Graphic Designer at AK Gallery, a graphic design-based start-up company, and as a Creative Designer at the Designing Club of Student Development and Campus Activities Cell (SDCAC). At SDCAC, he contributed his work in areas such as poster designing, invitation designing, video editing, banner and flex designing for the events conducted by SDCAC. Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Nuzvid, and completed his Pre-University Course at the same institution. He also attended SJSM Zilla Parishad High School, Mori, for his secondary education. Ganesh's technical skills include Software Engineering, AWS, infra, designing, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Web development. He is always eager to learn new technologies and is technically not a newbie anymore to the software industry.
