Ganesh Lande is a highly experienced Director of Software Engineering with over 18 years of diversified experience in Product Development and People Management. He currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Roche Information Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and is responsible for managing the India site and business. Ganesh is a high-impact leader who has spearheaded the Cloud Development journey of the offshore team to develop cloud-native products. He is an expert in Agile Development and has worked as a Scrum Master for 3 years in Scaled Agile Framework. He is also a certified SAFe® 5 Agilist. Ganesh is a strategic leader with experience of recruiting 120+ talented and diversified individuals including Cloud Development skillset. He graduated from Siemens Leadership Development Academy in September 2019. Ganesh has rich knowledge in Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and Cloud Technology AWS. He has over 12 years of experience in C++ and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate). Ganesh has built a completely new team at Roche and played a key role in high volume ramp-ups as per business demands. He has attended close to zero attrition rate in the direct reports. Ganesh has been actively involved in conceptualization to implementation of organization’s first cloud-native SAAS product. He has also played a key role in the waterfall to the agile transformation of the organization. Ganesh has ensured and developed the right working culture for the members and keeping them motivated, thereby attaining the milestones. He has participated and assisted in code reviews and design decisions to provide the best possible solutions. Ganesh has been pivotal in establishing and implementing various automation across the organization. He has also been involved in Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Ganesh has previously worked at Siemens as a Software Engineering Senior Manager and Software Engineering Manager. At Siemens, he executed the vision on Siemens and maintained “Pune center of excellence”. He managed a team of 60 engineers which includes Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Developers. Ganesh executed high volume ramp-ups as per business demands and ensured and developed the right working culture for the members and keeping them motivated, thereby attaining the milestones. He participated and assisted in code reviews and design decisions to provide the best possible solutions. Ganesh was also involved in Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. He has expertise in
