Ganesh Lawande is a highly experienced Sr. Appian BPM Architect with over 18 years of experience in implementing large-scale strategic IT projects for global companies like British Petroleum, British Telecom, Bank of America, Bank of China, UMB, Crawford, and more. He is passionate about the application of IT to business needs and possesses excellent decision-making ability. Ganesh is highly adept at acquiring and applying changing IT to business, multi-tasking on several projects, resolving conflicts, mentoring and guiding teams. In 2014, Ganesh founded Protostar Consulting Service (ProDigital), which became the Google Cloud Technology partner for the APAC region. Since then, Protostar has helped over 150 Indian businesses, both small and big, adopt Google Cloud technology to their business needs. Ganesh's brainchild, ProERP, is a cloud-based ERP solution that is helping Indian businesses go digital using advanced yet cost-effective solutions that are in line with or better than products like SAP, Net Suite, MS Dynamic, Zoho, etc. Ganesh's past experience includes working as a Tech and BPM Architect at Xpanxion, where he supported and guided a leading client in the insurance space to review business processes involving technology and suggest improvements, design and implement new business processes with Appian BPM Platform, review system/process architectures and designs, plan and deliver business solutions and processes, communicate and work with multiple global teams to achieve business goals, deploy and train business/support users on new processes/solutions, recruit, train, and provide leadership on BPM technology and its business applications. He also worked as a Sr. Specialist, BPM Consulting at SunGard, where he designed, developed, and improved business processes of several SunGard products deployed at the world's top banks, financial institutes, and insurance companies like Bank of China and UMB Bank. Ganesh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. He also completed his HSC in Computer Science from Shri Vrudheshwar High School, Tisgaon. Ganesh's technical expertise includes Senior Software Engineering and Infrastructure.
