Garry is also the Co-founder of Brilent, an enterprise SaaS company that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help recruiters automatically identify and engage with high-fit candidates. Brilent's AI outperformed top recruiters around the globe in a competition co-hosted by Randstad and Sourcecon. IDC has named Brilent the 2017 Innovator for Talent Discovery. Garry's successful clients include the largest global employers and staffing companies. Garry has been recognized for his work and accomplishments. He was awarded the 2017 leading Innovator by IDC and the 2015 Global Innovation Award for Brilent. He was the first Facebook data scientist on user profile, privacy, and data growth products. He increased Facebook's user data by 500% in 2013 through company-wide growth initiatives. He was also awarded Recognition of Accomplishment and Appreciation for Leadership by IBM. Garry co-authored the IBM textbook, Software Engineering and Databases. Garry is a cryptocurrency and blockchain investor and advisor. He has a degree in Honours Bachelor in Software Engineering with Business Option from the University of Waterloo.
