Garvit Bhardwaj is a Machine Learning Engineer at Zomato, with a passion for Artificial Intelligence. He has a strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, having completed several projects in these areas. Garvit loves the challenge of trying out different algorithms and models to improve accuracy, and he is particularly interested in the wide range of applications of Machine Learning, such as Natural Language Processing and Image Processing. Garvit has a number of personal and professional qualities that make him an excellent team player, including his ability to execute big ideas within constraints, his love of winning as a team, and his constant desire to learn and improve. He is also calm under pressure and enjoys meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. In addition to his current role at Zomato, Garvit has also worked as a Research Intern at Adobe, where he introduced a novel method for learning a Unified Structure Aware Representation for Documents. This work earned him a Pre Placement Offer for his valuable contributions to the company. Garvit has a strong educational background, having completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering and Minors in Machine Learning Applications and Computer Systems at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He also completed his Senior Secondary School in Science (PCM) at Rukmani Birla Modern High School in Jaipur. Garvit's technical skills include Software Engineering, Research Science, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Language Models, Image Processing, and programming in Python and C++. He has 1.36 years of relevant experience in the field.
