He was a generalist product manager with a focus on problem statements around customer experience, customer support & user insights. He spearheaded the team for building the product, where he helped define and manage the end-to-end user experience, working closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics, and doing everything to ship high-quality products. He also helped create a world-class customer experience platform supporting end-users as well as internal & support teams.
