Gaurav Arora is a highly experienced Mobile Engineer with a passion for creating clean code and exceptional user experiences. With over 10 years of experience in Native Android and React Native, Gaurav has a proven track record of success in developing mobile applications. Currently, he serves as a Senior Mobile Engineer at Hike, where he has worked on the core team of Hike Messenger and re-architected critical legacy code to MVVM, MVI. He has also led the development of several new modules, including Rewards and Onboarding, and has set up development guidelines and practices. Prior to his current role, Gaurav served as Lead Developer, Mobile Engineering at Sprinklr, where he led a team of 4-6 mobile developers and developed a social selling app based on React Native. He also developed a messaging SDK that enables organizations to communicate and collaborate with their team, including features like live video, creating task/poll/surveys, seeing task reports, etc. In addition, he mentored team members, set up QA practices, and wrote automation frameworks to make writing test cases more efficient and faster. Gaurav's past experience also includes serving as a Software Developer at Pariksha Labs, where he worked on both mobile and backend technologies, with a prime forte in Android. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT).
