Gaurav Barthwal is a Senior Software Engineer with over 8 years of experience in designing and developing Android applications for various media player devices. He completed his Post Graduation in Computer Application from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, where he secured the 2nd position in his batch. He has hands-on experience in Windows App and iOS development, making him a versatile software engineer. Currently, Gaurav is working with ServiceNow as a Senior Software Engineer - Android. He is responsible for designing and developing Android apps for different streaming media player devices like Amazon FireTV, Amazon FireStick, YuppTV Media Player, and Mobile. He is an expert in OTT and Leanback Library, and he collaborates with other teams like IOS and Roku to give a similar user experience to the user. Before joining ServiceNow, Gaurav worked with YuppTV as a Senior Software Engineer. He was part of the technical team working on Android Development for the OTT platform. He also handled various technical aspects like coding modules using the given design specifications, debugging and fixing the defects, as well as analyzing the root cause.
