Gaurav Bhola is a seasoned software professional with 9.61 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is working as an Engineering Technical Lead at Google, leading the Android Framework team. Gaurav has a strong background in Android and web development, having worked on various projects throughout his career. At Google, Gaurav has been a Software Engineer III and has owned the HomeScreen for the Google I/O 19 android app. He has also been part of the Gpay merchant (Google Pay for Business) engineering team, streamlining the merchant onboarding process. Prior to Google, Gaurav worked as a Senior Member Technical Staff at Bluestacks, where he led the development effort on the PikaWorld's react-based web app and was responsible for the entire architecture of the same. PikaWorld is the prime face of Bluestacks and has around 800K Daily Active Users. He also developed an open-source android client for Fogbugz, a bug tracking tool used in Bluestacks, in a team of 2.
