Gaurav Chadha is a highly skilled Development Architect with over 15 years of experience in designing and developing business services for various industries. He is currently working at SAP as a Development Architect for SAP Leonardo IoT, where he is leading the design and development of business services for "SAP Leonardo - Connected Fleet". In this role, he is responsible for building microservices that provide value-added analytics over time series (telematics) data, event detection and notification, and specialized geolocation services supporting floorplan, clustering, and geolocation-based analytics. Gaurav has a strong background in developing software solutions for the financial industry, having previously worked as a Principal Software Engineer at SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd. In this role, he led the design and development of "Sentinel Analytics Cloud," a SaaS platform for stock investment analytics involving technical, news, and fundamentals analysis. He was responsible for building a comprehensive text analytics API suite consisting of all major text processing modules like topic extraction, corporate event extraction, sentiment analysis, news summarization, named entity extraction, coreference resolution, etc. He also led development and research initiatives for technical and fundamental analysis for stock investment comprising various standard and proprietary algorithms based on machine learning and genetic programming. Before joining SAP, Gaurav worked at Genpact as a Manager - Smart Decision Lab, where he led the Smart Decision Lab and Intelligent Systems competency focused on developing cutting-edge technology solutions focused on social media, text mining, advanced analytics, and big data. He collaborated with various vertical heads in the analytics division on client interactions, leading various technical assessments, RFP, and RFQs. Gaurav holds a Master of Computer Application degree from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from Delhi University. He has expertise in senior software engineering, sentiment analysis, microservices, software engineering, ML, research science, and big data. His skills and experience make him a valuable asset to any organization.
