Gaurav Chaturvedi is a Senior Vice President and Digital and Data Transformation Lead at DBS, one of Asia's largest banks. With a total of 20 years of experience in consulting and transformation for large banks, he brings a unique combination of skills ranging from strategic thinking to process/IT design and data analytics. He leads cross-functional teams working on key initiatives and is responsible for delivering program success while collaborating across business, product, data, and technology partners. Gaurav is completely hands-on and uses AWS and Open source tools to play around and create solution prototypes. He is an evangelist for creating data-led impact and is a data mentor and trainer. His role involves creating and implementing strategies that leverage data to drive business outcomes. Prior to joining DBS, Gaurav worked as a First Vice President at BSI Bank, where he was responsible for strategic business initiatives, business governance for the CEO, and regulatory and process change projects. He was also a Co-Founder at Alacer Solutions, where he designed and delivered analytics dashboards, provided business insights for Pharma and FMCG, and enabled effective data analysis for media agencies through data integration and technology enablement. Gaurav holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM and a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has expertise in infrastructure, AWS, and integration, and his relevant experience spans almost 20 years.
