Gaurav Chaturvedi is an accomplished technical engineering leader with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Salesforce, he is responsible for designing and building services to power Einstein, the AI platform at Salesforce. Gaurav has also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Salesforce, where he was part of the Einstein Predictions Builder & Platform API Team and the Consumer & B2B Search in Commerce Cloud, working on Elasticsearch. Prior to joining Salesforce, Gaurav was a Senior Software Engineer at Constant Contact, where he was the Tech Lead for Social Sharing product. He was responsible for designing and developing the product, which was used by hundreds of thousands of customers to share email content and promotions on social media platforms. Gaurav's technical expertise lies in Java/Python Backend Systems, Software Architecture, API Design, Cloud-based & Cloud-native systems, and Full Stack Web applications. He is proficient in various technologies such as Python, Java, Elastic Search, and Salesforce. Gaurav has a strong educational background, having completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He also holds a degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from Harvard Extension School. He completed his high school education from Princeton High School.
