Gaurav Chaudhary is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. He is skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Data Analysis, and Team Building. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology focused in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Currently, Gaurav works as an Analyst at Pingahla, where he has gained 3.19 years of relevant experience. His technical skills include SQL, AI, Search, Azure, and Web. Prior to his current role, Gaurav worked at Abhyuday, IIT Bombay, where he served as Overall Coordinator and Media and PR Manager. As Overall Coordinator, he spearheaded Powai Lake Clean-up with 400+ volunteers to clean 1.5+ tons of wastes, inculcated problem-solving skills in slum children, and assisted them in slum development. He also reached out to 36,000 students in 240 BMC schools through video teleconferencing for Career Counselling. Additionally, he pioneered Volunteers weekends, engaging 200+ students in 19+ visits such as food distribution campaigns. Gaurav also organized ‘REVA’ India’s largest fest for 500+ underprivileged kids, which saw a 60% y-o-y growth in participation. As Media and PR Manager, Gaurav led a 2-tier team of 500+ volunteers to conceptualize and publicize all initiatives of Abhyuday. He established professional tie-ups with 25+ media platforms including newspapers, TV and radio channels, and completely revamped the College Representative program, to get a 240% y-o-y growth in participation.
