Gaurav Dipte is a dynamic and innovative product manager with a passion for digital strategy, product management, and IT consulting. He is a quick learner, adaptable, and a team player, always eager to embrace new challenges and solve problems collaboratively. Currently, Gaurav is a Product Manager at Helpshift, where he is part of the product team building a customer support SaaS-based solution for global customers. He has led initiatives to increase the adoption of multiple product-features from early 20% to over 90%, delivering key features that have directly impacted product NPS score. Gaurav has also supported the initiative to modernize analytics offering and create a framework for future-ready insights experience, standardized definitions, visualizations, customizations, among others. Before joining Helpshift, Gaurav was a Product Manager at Vuclip, where he was a member of the Insights team driving insights across user acquisition, engagement, and retention for over 10 countries. He leveraged AI/ML models to drive insights across content curation, user retention, and assisted country managers to manage retention targets. Gaurav also identified the impact of content type on user acquisition and retention to drive future strategy of content curation. He analyzed and presented business healthcheck/ business analyses reports to higher leadership, including CXOs and country managers. Gaurav has a rich experience in IT consulting, having worked as a Specialist Senior Analyst at A.T. Kearney. He designed organization structure and defined processes for ICT entity of defense organization in Middle East (ME), identified gaps, and designed a future-ready IT operating model for a government entity in ME. Gaurav also developed a business case for a leading bank in Canada to accelerate cloud adoption and recommended migration strategy. He performed IT cost and IT business capability assessment for a Canadian after-market auto parts manufacturer and performed due diligence in IT infrastructure spend for the banking client and recommended potential savings. Gaurav holds a PGDM degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune. He has expertise in product management, ML, mobile, AI, and infra. With over 6.61 years of relevant experience, Gaurav is a valuable asset to any organization that values innovation, collaboration, and results.
