Gaurav Dixit is an accomplished technology leader with over 12 years of experience in various key techno-functional areas of the software development life cycle (SDLC) in the CRM domain. He has worked on multiple projects across diverse industry verticals such as IT services, computer software, media and advertising, E-commerce, mobile storage services, and telecom. Gaurav is a certified SFDC and MS Dynamics CRM expert with a wide range of skill sets on different technologies such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Core Java, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Integration, APIs (SOAP, REST & BULK), and Heroku. Gaurav is an experienced strategist, entrepreneur, and startup enthusiast with a passion for building businesses and challenging the status quo. He co-founded a bootstrapped startup named Ayurvedayu.com (Herbage online services LLP), where he built a healthcare platform from just an idea to a business with a small team developing a solution for the alternative healthcare system. As a technology leader, Gaurav is an effective communicator with strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and cross-functional relationship management skills. He has experience in coordinating with various teams, stakeholders, and clients in different time zones during various SDLC phases to map business requirements to product/application features and its accountability towards an organization’s growth. Gaurav is very well versed with enterprise-wide B2B & B2C application/product development, integration, design, analysis, and implementation projects/platform in various capacities for leveraging best in the class sales process, order management, and customer service solutions for Tier 1 global IT services & product companies. Currently, Gaurav works as a Senior Manager Software Development at Ciena, where he is responsible for setting up DevOpsSec adoption, agile process, and running scrum meetings with product owners and business owners. He has also built a high-performance Salesforce delivery team from scratch in India, accountable for Salesforce delivery from the East region. Gaurav has handled multiple product initiatives parallelly and made sure successful delivery from team East. He has also driven the culture of innovation in his team. Gaurav has a Doctor Of Business Administration degree in Artificial Intelligence from Swiss School of Business and Management. He also holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Software systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science & Engg. from RGPV.
