Gaurav Doshi is a seasoned product leader with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Product - Brand Posts and Follow at Amazon, where he is building out two new B2B2C businesses that will revolutionize the way shoppers shop on Amazon. Gaurav's product team is responsible for core product vision, brand participation, CX, ML models, and operations. He is accountable for growth in brand participation and content creation on the brand side, and impressions, engagement, and re-engagement on the shopper side. Prior to this, Gaurav served as Head of Product - Amazon's Choice, where he owned the core machine learning algorithm for recommendations, CX, and business functions. He was accountable for Amazon's Choice revenue growth through scaling up the recommendations to more placements and international marketplaces while improving recommendation quality in parallel. Before that, Gaurav was Principal Product Manager - Inventory Management, where he led a team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists to build and operate predictive models to predict inventory levels for Amazon's retail business WW. Gaurav holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Master's in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, India.
