Gaurav Gaba is a seasoned Manager with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he works at EXL in the role of Manager. Gaurav has previously worked at American Express (AMEX) in the Risk Management department, where he gained extensive experience in risk and information management. During his summer internship at Agro Tech Foods Limited, Gaurav worked on a project titled "Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) Creation." He developed a PJP for a territory sales force in the entire rural region of Haryana, which involved coordinating with a team of 5 salesmen, 1 sales officer, 12 distributors, and an area sales manager. Gaurav studied the market conditions and the current PJP plan to identify gaps and improve the efficiency of the sales force. His recommendations were incorporated into the PJP of the company for the Fiscal Year 2013-2014. Gaurav holds a PGPM degree in Marketing and Finance from Management Development Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
