Gaurav Gupta is a Software Development Engineer - IV at BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) with over 8 years of relevant experience in backend software development. He is passionate about solving real-world problems with technology and has designed and developed scalable and re-usable software solutions using microservice architecture in a highly dynamic environment. Prior to his current role, Gaurav worked as a Software Development Engineer - II at BlackBuck where he was responsible for building technologies in the backend for 250K+ Fleet Owners and Brokers. He owned the ledger and payments module of the supply side of Managed Services Vertical and designed and developed an incentive service for supply users, incorporating Strategy Pattern and Table Per Hierarchy Inheritance in schema and framework designs and implementations. He also re-architected the existing Subscription Service as a generic framework on top of the abstract factory pattern to support different internal services. Gaurav has also worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he handled the code integration process for all Middleware products of Oracle which comprises 150+ codelines. He worked with Oracle's Application Development Framework (ADF) team, a Java-based EE Framework that facilitates the ease of developing Java Web applications by minimizing the need to write application infrastructure code and focus more on the business logic. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, where he graduated in 2015. He also has a background in Science from Emmanuel Mission School, Kota.
