Gaurav Jain is a seasoned P&L leader with over 15 years of experience in monetizing digital platforms across Google, Facebook, and Snap. Currently, he is the Head of Emerging Business at ShareChat and Moj, where he is responsible for building the short-form video monetization narrative in the country. In this role, he oversees the Mid Market, Independent Agency, Outsourced, and Self Serve businesses, including P&L, Strategy, GTM, and Ad Product. Prior to his current role, Gaurav held leadership positions at some of the biggest tech companies in the world, including Snap, Facebook, Google, and Nvidia. At Snap, he was the Head of APAC Business Expansion, responsible for monetizing Snapchat in India and emerging APAC markets of SEA, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. He set up a direct sales team in the region, worked with top advertisers in the market, and onboarded mid-market advertisers and digital natives. At Facebook, he was a founding member of the Meta India Mid Market business, where he was responsible for long-range revenue, market sizing, resource planning, and go-to-market strategy for the entire Mid Market business in India. Gaurav is a graduate of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) at the University of Delhi, where he earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance. He also holds a CFA Level I certification from the CFA Institute USA and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT).
