Gaurav Kumar is a highly skilled Sr. SET at PhonePe with over 7 years of experience in the field of software engineering. He is a techno-functional software engineer with expertise in IT solutions development, testing, Rest-API automation, user experience on website, m-site & APP (Android/iOS), and implementation of CRM (Customer relationship Management). Gaurav is a key member of cross-functional teams responsible for commercial launch of the product on Google Play & Apple App Store. He has the ability to manage his own projects and portfolio, and possesses strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills. He is proficient in grasping new technical concepts and utilizing them in a productive manner. Prior to PhonePe, Gaurav has worked with Ola and Shoppers Stop. At Shoppers Stop, he was responsible for a techno-functional software engineer role in the omni-channel team. His responsibilities included IT solutions development, testing, user experience on website, m-site & APP (Android/iOS), implementation of CRM (Customer relationship Management), coordinating with vendors & third parties for smooth execution of project modules, and providing demos and training to business users for newly developed functionalities. He also has experience in Front-end technology as - HTML5, CSS3, JAVASCRIPT & Backend technology as- CORE JAVA, JSP, SERVLETS, JDBC, & J2EE. He performed User acceptance testing (UAT) after every build on iOS, Android & Web Apps, drove grooming sessions for development and QA team, and has experience in API's and multiple tools like Eclipse, JIRA, HMC, WCMS, HAC. Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also has a degree in Intermediate Science from L.S.
