Gaurav Kumar is a Systems Engineer at TCS-Digital with a passion for designing attractive and responsive full-stack web pages and developing desktop-based applications. He is an IBM Certified ETL Developer and has participated in Codevita '21. Gaurav is interested in managing databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQLite, which he uses in his different projects of application development and backend development. He has intermediate knowledge of handling data in the field of Machine Learning and has worked on Data Manipulation and Data Visualization projects. Gaurav has experience with AUTOPSY, the primary forensic tool used in academic and research, corporate investigation, law enforcement, and military purposes. He has completed coursework in Data Structures and Algorithms, Operating System, Software Engineering, Database Management System, and Web Development. His area of interest is Data Science. Before joining TCS, Gaurav was a Project Intern at TCS, where he was responsible for developing a voice-based recommended system that recognizes the speech pattern of the user and extracts relevant keywords and shows contents for the same. He used SpeechRecognition and AWS Deployment Package in Python to configure AWS lambda, build the deployment package, and schedule cron jobs with AWS cloudwatch. He also worked as a Python Teaching Assistant at Internshala, where he provided training support for the Python training offered on Internshala. He set coding problems and assignments, organized quizzes, and evaluated project works. Gaurav has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Heritage Institute of Technology. He also has experience in IIT-JEE preparation and has completed All India Secondary School Exam and All India Senior School Certification Exam from Central Board of Secondary Education. Gaurav has a strong technical background and is skilled in ETL, Backend, Python, Web, AWS, Django, ML, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, MongoDB, Frontend, designer, and Integration.
